Under P.L. 147-1997, SECTION 13, the name of the Social Work Certification and Marriage and Family Therapists Credentialing Board is changed to the Social Wor ker, Marriage and Family Therapist, and Mental Health Counselor Board, effective July 1, 1997.
Under P.L. 122-2009, SECTION 22, the name of the Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, and Mental Health Counselor Board is changed to the Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board, effective July 1, 2009.
